Ampang: A Mamak Gang members aged 59 death while another 32-year-old injured police shot at the car park Lorong Sarawak, visit Taman 1:45 o'clock this afternoon.
Selangor CID chief Datuk Mohd Adnan Abdullah said the police force who were conducting a patrol car came across the suspects boarded Volkswagen Jetta in suspicious circumstances before checking license plate number.
According to him, the results of the review found it to be false and the police tried to stop him but the suspect tried to flee with the crushing police cars caused a stampede.
"Even the suspect tried reversing the car but failed when a police car came again and stop causing them to open fire.
"In the incident police shot dead a suspect while his injury was shot in the waist and is being treated at Hospital Ampang," he said.
Mohd Adnan said they also found seven machetes, axes, bolt cutters, face masks, a pistol and 15 pieces of fake car plate.
