Former Selangor venomous striker Paulo Rangel today signed a contract with the team Turtle squad but the actual status and how long the contract has yet to be announced.
Meanwhile, Rangel kelibat not appear on Red Giants squad training session even after a week of being in the capital.
It is understood that the Brazilian-born striker refused to come down to practice until fees signatures or signing fees amounting to RM200,000 in resolving.
Now Rangel agreed with the Terengganu team willing to spend big to solve the problem Rangel.
